How can I return my order?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at support@blocq.store before opening a case in Klarna.
Write "RETURN" in the subject line and include your order number and we will help you as soon as possible.
We handle all return cases with the highest priority and usually resolve the problem faster than via Klarna's portal.
The expected delivery time has passed. Where is my order?
In 99% of cases, orders are delivered within the stated delivery time. Unfortunately, some delays may occur in shipping, especially during peak seasons.
You can check the status via the confirmation email you received after purchase. Always include your order number when contacting us at support@blocq.store .
If you have already opened a case with Klarna, please inform us so we can help speed up the process.
When can I expect my order?
Normal delivery time is 5–10 working days , depending on product and stock status.
You will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order has been shipped.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something does not meet your expectations, please contact support@blocq.store and we will find a solution – whether it is an exchange, return or refund.
Where can I find my tracking code (Track & Trace)?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link.
If you can't find the email, check your spam or search for "Blocq" in your inbox.
My tracking link isn't working - what does that mean?
It may take up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after the package has been shipped.
If the link still doesn't work after two days, please contact us and we will investigate the matter directly with the shipping company.
